Scheavosky McGawion is an Air Force veteran and federal civilian with years of experience in insurance and financial services. His experience inside the federal workforce gives him a firsthand understanding of the questions federal employees face as they prepare for retirement.
Federal Retirement Pros grew from a simple observation: federal employees spend a career earning a valuable combination of benefits, but understanding how FERS, TSP, FEHB, FEGLI and Social Security work together can be challenging. Federal Retirement Pros was created to help make those benefits easier to understand and to help federal employees make informed decisions as they prepare for retirement.
